Etched-glass-effect baubles!

These glass-effect baubles are absolutely stunning! I discovered the technique whilst experimenting with different stamping effects. I promise there's no etching involved, as they're made by simply stamping onto clear shrink plastic. The nostalgic scenes and festive motifs from the Beautiful Moments - Cold Days, Warm Hearts Christmas Wonderland and Winter Days stamp sets work so well with this technique - especially as the circular designs are perfect for making hanging baubles! 5-minute stamping challenge!

I love thinking of different ways to use craft products. Probably because I'm a thrifty crafter at heart!  I'm thoroughly enjoying using our two Beautiful Moments - Cold Days, Warm Hearts stamp sets and, if you managed to see our show on HOCHANDA, you'll see that I got a bit carried away making samples!  One of those samples was originally just an experiment, as I wanted to try stamping directly on to wood and I thought that brown ink would look nice ....
